This block-fronted timber cottage in Yarraville was in poor condition, with many period features ‘modernised’ in the 1930’s.
Advice was sought from Authentic Age on the correct designs for the veranda, front door/windows and front fence.
We provided a report on options for replacements appropriate to the period and scale of the property, enabling the owners to brief their builder and fencing contractors accordingly.
