A written assessment of the authenticity of the current features, fittings and finishes of a house's front rooms and exterior only; includes recommended replacement and repair options and recommended suppliers/tradesmen. This service is suited to house owners who are only interested in having the most public parts of the house in the style of the period, perhaps owing to priorities with a young family or limited resources. So, the exterior, hallway and the front two rooms used as sitting room and dining room, or perhaps a study or bedroom, can be addressed.
